HOW TO CONNECT HITCH COUPLER TO BALL HITCH
- Safely lower the trailer (Coupler) to the hitch ball. Push the coupler lever to the forward position until it locks. Lock the coupler with a pin. *Ensure coupler is in the open position before lowering trailer*
- Hook both trailer safety chains to your vehicle (L & R). *Ensure "emergency brake" cable loop is attached to the chain*
- Connect your 7 round pin power connection to your vehicle.
HOW TO CONNECT THE WEIGHT DISTRIBUTION BARS
- Connect both Weight Distribution Bars (L & R) to the bottom side of the hitch assembly. (Insert in an upward motion, 45 degree angle with the tail end under your vehicle to lock the bar in its place. Then rotate towards trailer. *if the arm falls down, it originally did not lock correctly, redo step 1*
- Feed the chain of the weight distribution bar to the locking mechanism on the side of the trailer. Then secure it in place with a pin. *The height of the chain will vary depending on your vehicle, the chain must be tight*
- Lastly, raise the main jack until it clears the bars.
HOW TO CONNECT THE FRICTION/SWAY BAR
- Properly insert both couplers into small ball hitch assembly. (One will be attached to the trailer chassis itself and the other to the main hitch assemble that's connected to your vehicle)

- Turn handle to the right (clockwise) in order to increase the pressure. Turn the handle to the left (counterclockwise) in order to decrease the pressure. *the more pressure, the less "fish tailing" effect will be present.

AC UNIT IS NOT TURNING ONList Item 1
- Switch the AC to the off position.
- Ensure you have a main external power source to your unit and in the ON position (Ex. Generator or 30-50 amp Ground Connection of some sort.)
- Locate a black box inside the trailer under or near the refrigerator unit (Position may vary depending on model of Travel Trailer).
- Push the black box cover IN (top middle portion) to release the cover open.
- Locate the black breaker that is off center to the rest. Flip it to the OFF position completely then flip it back to the ON position.
- Return to your controller/thermostat and cycle to the Cool/Auto ON feature to start the unit up. *if unsuccessful redo all 6 steps in order*

- Ensure you have a main external power source to your Unit and in the ON position (Ex. Generator or 30-50 amp Ground Connection of some sort.)
- Disconnect any appliances, phone chargers, extension cords, etc. from all power Outlets.
- Locate the double power Outlet that contains the GFCI button. (usually located next to a sink, Bathroom or Kitchen depending on travel trailer model)
- Press the button that is located in the center of both outlets that says RESET.
- Reconnect appliance and check for power.

STOVE IS NOT TURNING ON/NO FLAMEList Item 3
- Turn all knobs to the OFF position.
- Walk out of the Travel Trailer towards the front, locate and remove the large black plastic cover exposing two propane tanks.
- Locate the selector knob in the middle of both propane tanks, follow the arrow to the correct propane tank and turn the knob on top of the propane tank to the left (counterclockwise) to open the tank and allow propane flow.
- Walk back inside, turn knob to the ON position and spark flame with the igniter knob (turning it clockwise as many times as necessary) or by using a kitchen lighter of some sort.
- If unsuccessful, turn the outside selector knob in the opposite direction facing the other propane tank in a U-type motion (down and to the right or down and to the left).
- Restart the process from (step 3).
- If still unsuccessful, propane tanks might be empty and need to be refilled.

FREEZER IS COLD BUT THE REFRIGERATOR IS NOT COOLINGList Item 4
- The Freezer must first reach optimal cooling temperature before the refrigerator begins to cool. The whole process can take anywhere from 4-6 hours depending on outside temperatures.
